Shipping policy
Every Tushtastic pair is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse: your underwear is printed, sewn and packed after you order it by our print-on-demand partner, then shipped directly to you.
Shipping rate
A flat rate of $5.99 per order, shown at checkout. Product prices do not include shipping.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Delivery times
- Production: 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
- Shipping: 7–25 days in transit. Orders ship internationally from our print partner's facility in China.
- Typical total: most US orders arrive in about 2–3 weeks from the day you order. Peak seasons, holidays, weather or customs checks can add time; please allow up to 5 weeks.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Customs, duties and import fees
Because orders ship internationally, import duties, taxes or carrier fees may apply depending on your destination and may be collected by the carrier on delivery. If you're asked to pay a fee on a Tushtastic order, email hello@tushtastic.com before paying and we'll help.
Order changes and address problems
Orders go into production quickly. Email us as soon as possible (same day is best) if you need to change your size or address; once an order is printed it can't be changed. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout: we can't be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll always try to help.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived 5 weeks after you placed it, email hello@tushtastic.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, reship your order or refund it.
