We're not an underwear company. We're a personality that happens to sell underwear.

Somewhere between gas-station novelty boxers and $40 beige basics, there was a gap. A big, comfy, criminally under-designed gap. So we filled it.

Tushtastic makes all-over-print boxer briefs, lace briefs and women's boxer briefs that are actually designed: prints that look good from across the room and make you laugh up close. Crowns for the main character. A not-so-subtle RESERVED. Palm fronds for when you're out of office. Hearts that only complete when you stand next to your person.

Made to order, on purpose.

Every pair is printed after you order it by our print partner, then shipped straight to you. That's why delivery usually takes 2–3 weeks, and why we never sit on mountains of unsold underwear. Slower? A little. Smarter? We think so. And we'd rather tell you the real timeline than promise one we can't keep.

A cast, not stock photos.

You won't find headless torsos or airbrushed abs here. Our models are AI-generated characters (Jules, Remi, Devon, Mika, Ash and Kai) with real proportions: soft stomachs, stretch marks, hip dips, body hair, tan lines. They have names, moods and recurring storylines. We cast them on purpose, design them with care, and say so out loud: no real models were photoshopped in the making of this brand.

Funny, never mean.

Our humor comes from confidence, not from putting anyone down. If a joke needs a punching bag, it's not a Tushtastic joke.
