Every pair is printed after you order it. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping takes 7–25 days. Most US orders arrive in about 2–3 weeks from the day you order. Busy seasons or customs checks can stretch that, so please allow up to 5 weeks before we start worrying together. We'll email tracking as soon as your order ships.

A $5.99 flat rate per order, added at checkout. Product prices don't include shipping, so there's no hidden math.

From our print partner's production facility in China, where each pair is printed, sewn and packed for you. That's why delivery takes a little longer than a warehouse order: there is no warehouse.

Right now we ship to the United States. More countries once we've tested delivery times there.

Your order ships internationally, so depending on where you live, import duties, taxes or carrier fees may apply and may be collected on delivery. If a carrier asks you to pay a fee on a Tushtastic order, email hello@tushtastic.com before you pay and we'll help.

Because warehouses full of unsold underwear are bad for the planet and worse for our vibe. Your pair gets printed after you order it, just for you. The trade-off is time, and we'd rather be honest about that up front.

It depends on the cut: men's boxer briefs come in XS–4XL, women's lace briefs in EU XS–3XL, and women's boxer briefs in S–3XL. The size picker on each product shows exactly what's available.

That's how our print partner cuts them. EU sizing usually runs smaller than US sizing, so don't trust the letter: compare the hip measurement in our size guide with a pair you love, and size up if you're between sizes.

Nope. Better Half and Other Half are separate pairs, so each of you picks your own size.

Women's lace briefs: 180gsm brushed “milk silk” knit, soft and stretchy, sublimation printed. Women's boxer briefs: 180gsm milk-fiber knit, sublimation printed. Men's boxer briefs: 170gsm soft modal, DTG printed.

Lace briefs and women's boxer briefs: hand wash cold, don't soak, no bleach, hang dry. Men's boxer briefs: wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low or hang dry. Prints stay brighter, waistbands stay snappier.

Our women's styles are sublimation printed, so the color is dyed into the fabric and can't crack or peel. Men's boxer briefs are printed directly onto the fabric (DTG); washing cold and inside out keeps them looking new the longest.

For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of underwear, and because every pair is made to order we can't restock them. We'd also prefer not to receive your worn underwear, respectfully.

Email hello@tushtastic.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We'll send one replacement in a new size or give you store credit. No need to mail anything back.

Not on our watch. Email a photo and your order number to hello@tushtastic.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund that item.

Check your tracking link first; international parcels sometimes pause for a few days in transit. If tracking hasn't moved in 10 days, or it's been 5 weeks since you ordered, email hello@tushtastic.com and we'll chase it, then reship or refund if it's lost.

Every pair is $27.99 on its own. Any 2 Singles = $44.99, any 3 = $59.99 (about $20 a pair). Couples: one Better Half + one Other Half = $49.99 (the Couples Set), two of each = $84.99 (Deluxe). Mix prints, cuts and sizes. It's applied automatically in your cart; no code needed.

Orders head to the printer quickly. Email hello@tushtastic.com as soon as you can (same day is best) and we'll do our best before it's printed. Once it's in production we can't change it.
